Digital Product Delivery

- Expiration of access where a specific access period was clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
No Examination Result Guarantee
Purchasing or using any study material, mock test, course, or other educational product from JTET Exam Prep does not guarantee qualification, selection, a particular score, or success in the JTET examination.
Examination results depend on individual preparation, performance, examination rules, evaluation, and decisions of the concerned examination authority.
Technical or Access Issues
If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing a purchased product, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to:
- Verify the transaction.
- Identify the technical problem.
- Restore access where possible.
- Provide the purchased product again if appropriate.
- Resolve other genuine delivery-related issues.
A technical problem will not automatically result in a refund if the issue can reasonably be resolved.
Failed, Pending, or Duplicate Payments
